- Une installation ou mise à jour depuis un ancien système d'exploitation est impossible, l'installation ne peux se faire qu'en bootant sur le CD-Rom.
- Les mises à jour par Windows Update sont désactivées et supprimé définitivement, cela évitera la disparition des icônes et autre modification.

Another installation phase M4. Si Windows 7 est incontestablement la star de cette édition 2008 de la Professional Developpers Conference de Microsoft, l'éditeur a également annoncé travailler sur la future version de son système d'exploitation dédié aux serveurs, Windows Server 2008 R2. Après 5 mois de confection, l’équipe News-Team vous propose leur première création. Celle-ci, se repose sur Windows XP pro pack 3, elle se veut sobre et épurée mais restant toute aussi performante. Du coup, les modifications apportées touche non seulement le graphisme mais également l’optimisation du registre. Ce qui rend le système plus performant en le « débarrassant » des applications inutiles et en ajoutant des fonctions inédites et qui s’avèrent pratiques au cours de son utilisation. Grâce à cette optimisation le système seul se contente que de 90 Mo d’utilisation RAM.
Pour l’installation, rien de plus simple, vous accédez à l’écran multiboot, il met à votre disposition quelques logiciels permettant entre autres des tests de stabilité, mais aussi de créer une sauvegarde des disques… Cliquez sur « installation Windows UN », sélectionnez votre disque et il se charge du reste.
