City Rain is an insane mix of puzzle and simulation game play. In this fun and exciting game, the player combines the unique experience of being a mayor of a city which, like all others, grows in an unpredictable way. As the mayor, the player will be challenged to make fast decisions that provide sustainable development and quality of life to its residents, all the time gaining more points and remaining in the mayor's seat. Complicated? Not at all! City Rain has simple mechanics: the buildings randomly fall from the sky, like rain, and it's the player's duty to choose where is the best place to put them. But don't think that the player is all alone in this task. You can count on Catherine, who will help you by giving advice or criticizing the administration of the city.
